It is required to submit your application after receiving the confirmation from CCMC but not later than 10 days before the event.
Once you have submitted your application, you will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail.
Within 7 days after applying, you will receive an email to inform you whether your application has been approved or rejected.
If your application is approved, 5 days before the event you will receive a kind reminder to confirm your participation.
The deadline for the accreditation is May 21st , after this date no requests will be processed!
You will collect your accreditation badge from the Registration Desk situated at the Marriott Hotel from the 4th of June.
